VERTICONE – You determine the shelling degree
Due to the vertically arranged shelling cone, the SCHULE VERTICONE VPC shells the product from top to bottom. The patented system can be ideally adjusted to different varieties and to the desired shelling degree. Applications:

• Controlled shelling
• Elimination of mycotoxins

Grinding disks with air channels

The product is fed into the machine by means of a vertical pipe. A worm feeds it into the shelling chamber with the conical shelling rotor. The grinding discs are provided with air channels.  An additional fan ensures that the product does not heat too much during the shelling process.
